Deep Stretch Yoga

Join me for a premier flow yoga experience. Enjoy my warm and inviting studio which offers a cozier vibe and ever-changing inspiring play list. A dynamic and flowing style of yoga which links breath and movement through a creative series of postures that balance strength and flexibility while cultivating mindfulness through a continuous flow.

Wednesdays, July 1 to August 5, 6:30 to 7:30 pm. $90.

Meet at Woodward Studio.

Flow Yoga Sundays

This is your class if you're new to yoga. And this is your class if you're not new to yoga. This welcoming environment introduces yoga fundamentals, including breath, proper alignment, and mindfulness practices. Many long time students take this class regularly because the pace and postures offer time to develop self awareness and practice refinement. Bring mat and two blocks.

Thursdays, July 2 to August 6, 7 to 8 pm. $85.

Meet at Harding Middle School, Lakewood.

This mat-based Pilates workout focuses on core strength, flexibility, balance, and overall control. The class will lengthen and strengthen the muscles while giving you a full-body workout. Move with more ease, grace, and body awareness. Bring mat.

Tuesdays, June 30 to August 4, 7 to 8 pm. $85.

Six-Weeks Flow Yoga

This yin based yoga deep stretch full body practice is about unwinding tight spots in the spine, shoulders, hips, and thighs. It's a slow and mindful way to release tension and improve flexibility, making you feel lighter and more open. Expect to leave your mat feeling relaxed and calm after this yin yoga deep stretch full body practice. Suitable for all levels.

Saturdays, 10 to 11 am. Drop-in $17 or class pass.

June 20, meet at Woodward Studio.

A dynamic and flowing style of hatha yoga which links breath and movement through a creative series of postures that balance strength and flexibility while cultivating mindfulness through a continuous flow. Vinyasa is cleansing, heat building, and suitable when interested in moving up a notch from Yoga Basics.

Sundays, 10 to 11 a.m. Drop-in $17 or class pass.

Meet at Stinchcomb/Rocky River Reservation. If rain, Woodward Studio.
