If you are new to the practice, have injuries or an illness, want to work on specific poses or require any specialized attention, I will customize a class uniquely designed for you. Yogic philosophy acknowledges that each human being has a unique mind-body makeup. I listen to your needs and create classes that honor your goals. Together, we find ways to move and breathe so you experience life with more calmness and energy. Whether it’s your first class, you need a weekly yoga class for your team, or would like to fine tune your practice, I can help.
