Deep Stretch Yin

This yin yoga deep stretch full body practice is about unwinding tight spots in the spine, shoulders, hips, and thighs. It’s a slow and mindful way to release tension and improve flexibility, making you feel lighter and more open. Expect to leave your mat feeling relaxed and calm after this yin yoga deep stretch full body practice. Suitable for all levels.

A dynamic and flowing style of hatha yoga which links breath and movement through a creative series of postures that balance strength and flexibility while cultivating mindfulness through a continuous flow. Vinyasa is cleansing, heat building, and suitable when interested in moving up a notch from Yoga Basics.

This is your class if you're new to yoga. This welcoming environment introduces yoga fundamentals, including breath, proper alignment, and mindfulness practices. Many long time students take this class regularly because the pace and postures offer time to develop self awareness and practice refinement. Bring mat and two blocks.
