A dynamic and flowing style of hatha yoga which links breath and movement through a creative series of postures that balance strength and flexibility while cultivating mindfulness through a continuous flow. This is your class if you're new to yoga. This welcoming environment introduces yoga fundamentals, including breath, proper alignment, and mindfulness practices. Many long time students take this class regularly because the pace and postures offer time to develop self awareness and practice refinement. Bring mat and two blocks.
