Vinyasa is cleansing, heat building, and suitable when interested in moving up a notch from Yoga Basics.

Beginner friendly but always a total body workout for every level. Spend time in each pose finding your breath, steadying your body, and soothing what has you rattled. Space is limited so sign up early! Cat friendly space.
